Methodology
study 2010 Good design is about process, which for the experienced architect can become second nature. However, process is generally overlooked in education in favor of glossy renderings of a tower meant to save the planet. The young designer is led to believe there is a mysterious force that determines good design. In order to end this trend in architectural eduacation, over the course of a semester one program was put through four different design methodologies in order to gain a clear understanding of the methodology and learn about the strengths and weaknesses of each. click here to view the results |
